Limited 5 Year Warranty Morning Industry Inc. warrants to the original residential user of this product that it is free from defects in material and workmanship for 5 years.
This warranty is void if the product has been misused, abused, altered, or abused due to harsh chemicals or the use of tools. Morning Industry Inc. will not be responsible for any labor charges incurred during the removing or replacing of the product. Morning Industry inc. will not be responsible for any personal injury or consequential and/or incidental damages incurred. If a defect is suspected, Morning Industry Inc. will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace any part of the product that is in question.
If the product is to be sent in, the original residential user will be responsible for shipping it to our facility for repair or replacement with $20.00 check for shipping & handling and a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
